Class Reservation or Cancellation must be made 24 hours in Advance
Any class or membership cancellation should be sent via email to: Waterway@waterwayswimschool.com
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will count as attended class
No refunds will be given unless membership is purchased and cancelled within 24 hours.
All memberships are automatically renewed. In order to cancel auto billing,
WaterWay must be notified at least two weeks before 1st of each month in order not to be charged again.
If your membership has been renewed, and you wish not to continue, you are still entitled to redeem classes purchased during the membership start and end date.
Monthly Membership (4 lessons) must be completed within 5 weeks, Unless interrupted by National Holiday or unexpected pool closure.
Quarterly Membership (12 lessons) must be completed within 15 weeks, Unless interrupted by National Holiday or unexpected pool closure.
Lessons are not always conducted by the same Instructors.
Any closure resulting due to national holidays or unexpected pool maintenance will not reduce the member class count. Member's passes will be extended accordingly.
Infant swim diapers must be triple layer and pre-approved by WaterWay staff, unless purchased on our website or on site.
